Paquita Ranch House

This is our new home that we will be moving into in June of 2025. After 30 wonderful years of living next to Miramar Beach on Humphrey road it was time to leave the craziness of Montecito behind. We needed peace and quiet and to get away from all the 2nd home construction nextdoor, behind us and down the block on our once quiet street. Added into the fray ws the 101 freeway expansion and yet more politics over expansion from the ridiculous Caruso Miramar Hotel we made the decision to leave our incredible beach neighborhood and head for the hills of Carpinteria! Look at our view !! No train waking us up too ! I will miss my daily beach walks with Indy but will explore the beaches below us instead ! Plus Deers, Mountain Lions, Bears & more! Nature right  in our backyard! The Polo Club with Gym and pool and Tennis Courts is just down the hill a minute away, YAY! To all our friends you are welcome to stay and play!
